50ml. Tanqueray® London Dry Gin
25ml. Lemon Juice
10ml. Sugar Syrup
1 splash(es) Soda Water
Lemon Slices (to garnish)
Cocktail Cherry (to garnish)

How to make
1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour Sugar Syrup, Gin and Lemon Juice into the glass.
3. Stir until well combined.
4. Top up with soda water.
5. Garnish with slices of lemon and a cocktail cherry.

Mojito Cocktail

The Mojito, an authentic rum-based Cuban Cocktail that is fresh, zesty and minty.

65ml White Rum
2 Limes, cut into wedges
3 tsp Granulated Sugar
Handful of Mint Leaves
Splash Soda Water
Crushed Ice
Fresh Mint Sprig (to garnish)

How to make
1. Place Lime Wedges, Mint Leaves and Sugar into a highball glass and use a muddler to squish ingredients releasing aroma and juices.
2. Add crushed ice and pour over the Rum.
3. Add soda water to taste and stir.
4. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.

Pina Colada Cocktail

The Piña Colada, Puerto Rico’s national drink since 1978, is a deliciously sweet and creamy, tropical rum-based cocktail, just one sip will instantly transport you to paradise.

120ml Pineapple Juice
60ml White Rum
60ml Coconut Cream
Wedge of Pineapple (to garnish)
Ice Cubes

How to make
1. Blend all ingredients with a handful of ice until smooth.
2. Pour into a chilled tall glass.
3. Garnish with Pineapple Wedge.

How to make
1. Pour the Tequila, Cointreau and Lime juice into a shaker.
2. Add a handful of ice cubes.
3. Shake until well combined.
4. Run lime wedge around rim of glass, dip in salt.
5. Strain into glass, garnish with a slice of lime.

Bloody Mary Cocktail

50ml. Vodka (double shot)
150ml. Tomato Juice
6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
½ lemon, juice only
Pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
Ice Cubes
Celery stick (to garnish)

How to make
1. Pour Vodka over ice in a tall glass.
2. Add the Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Lemon Juice and Tomato Juice.
3. Stir until well combined.
4. Seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Garnish with a stick of Celery.

White Russian Cocktail

50ml. Vodka
25ml. Coffee Liqueur
50ml Cream
Ice Cubes

How to make
1. Pour the Coffee Liquer and Vodka into a short glass over ice.
2. Add the cream, pouring on the back of a spoon to achieve layering.
