1. Aperol Spritz

The Aperol Spritz is the perfect pre-dinner cocktail, aromatic, citrusy, and slightly bitter, you only have to taste this to see why Aperol is one of the most popular aperitifs in Italy.

Ingredients
50ml. Aperol
Prosecco, to top
Splash of Soda Water
Orange Slice (to garnish)
Ice Cubes

How to make
1. Pour Aperol into glass, over ice.
2. Top with Prosecco until glass is almost full.
3. Add a splash of Soda, to top
4. Garnish with Orange Slice

2. Mojito

The Mojito, an authentic rum-based Cuban cocktail that is fresh, zesty, and minty.

Ingredients
65ml White Rum
2 Limes, cut into wedges
3 tsp Granulated Sugar
Handful of Mint Leaves
Splash Soda Water
Crushed Ice
Fresh Mint Sprig (to garnish)

How to make
1. Place Lime Wedges, Mint Leaves, and Sugar into a highball glass and use a muddler to squish ingredients releasing aroma and juices.
2. Add crushed ice and pour over the Rum.
3. Add soda water to taste and stir.
4. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.

3. Tom Collins

The Tom Collins is a gin-based cooler with a crisp citrus flavour and a touch of sourness – Fancy a change from your usual G&T? Try this refreshing alternative.

Ingredients
50ml. Tanqueray® London Dry Gin
25ml. Lemon Juice
10ml. Sugar Syrup
Splash Soda Water
Lemon Slices (to garnish)
Cocktail Cherry (to garnish)

How to make
1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour the Sugar Syrup, Gin, and Lemon Juice into the glass.
3. Stir well until combined.
4. Top up with soda water.
5. Garnish with slices of lemon and a cocktail cherry.

4. Cosmopolitan

The iconic Cosmopolitan, A.K.A. the Cosmo shot to fame in the 90s and was made famous by Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw – a classy, colourful cocktail to enjoy with friends.

35ml. Vodka
15ml. Orange Liqueur
25ml. Cranberry Juice
Squeeze Fresh Lime Juice
Lime Slice or Twist Orange Peel (to garnish)

How to make
1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake for about 20 seconds.
3. Strain into glass over ice.
4. Garnish with Lime Slice or Twist Orange Peel
